If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Use of the Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. Requesting a quote, submitting a brief, or making payment for a package constitutes your offer to engage us for the described services, which we may accept by confirming your booking.

3. Orders and Payment

• Prices for our services are set and charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Any USD amount shown on our website is for reference and display purposes only; the amount actually charged will be in NGN.
• Applicable taxes, levies, or bank charges may be added to the stated price where required by law.
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, TransactPay. We do not store your full card or bank account details.
• Depending on the package, a deposit or full payment may be required before work begins. Specific payment terms will be confirmed at the point of booking or in your service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables (such as designs, campaign assets, or content) transfers to you upon receipt of full payment for the relevant engagement. Until full payment is received, all work product remains the property of The Page Handlers. Tools, templates, processes, and other pre-existing intellectual property used to create deliverables remain our property. Unless you notify us in writing that a project is confidential, we retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations for service engagements are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific campaign performance, engagement, sales, or other business outcomes, as these depend on third-party advertising platforms, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Page Handlers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
